1. Data controller

2. Scope and purposes

We process data submitted through the contact form (full name, e-mail, company name, message) to respond to your inquiry and continue the correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Technical data (IP address, device identifiers, server logs) is processed to keep the site secure and operational (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Retention

Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and then until the limitation period for potential claims expires. Server logs are kept for no longer than 12 months.

4. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting, e-mail and analytics services — only under data processing agreements and to the extent necessary.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy,
• rectify, erase or restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

6. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies (e.g. remembering theme and language). We do not set marketing cookies without separate consent.
